Pavel graduated from the prestigious Saint Petersburg  Academy of Arts in 1993.

As a dedicated educator, Pavel now serves as a teacher at the Saint Petersburg Academy of Arts contributing to the training of the next generation of artists.

He is a member of the Saint Petersburg Union of Artists solidifying his standing within the city's professional artistic community.
