Arsen graduated in 1994 from the Saint Petersburg Academy of Arts and seamlessly transitioned into academia, where he continues to serve as a professor. His deep institutional commitment is further evidenced by his current role as the Deputy Dean of the institute.

Arsen is an elected member of the Union of Artists of Russia and holds a leadership position as a Director of the Saint Petersburg Union of Artists.
